Dear Barry,

  Now that we are settled into our new home, we wanted to write this letter and extend to you and your staff, our appreciation for everything you have done for us during the past year.  When we purchased lot #7 in Harbor Oaks in March of 2003, we were not really aware of what to expect since this would be the first time we had ever contracted with someone to build a home from start to finish.  Since we were living in Northern Virginia, we had some concerns about not being in the area during the construction.  These concerns were quickly put to rest after witnessing the construction of the house you build for our friends on lot #11 and seeing the other homes that you have built in Harbor Oaks.  choosing Southern Shores Development to build our home was the best decision we ever could have made.  Over the course of this project, you have given us advice in making necessary decisions and kept us informed of the progress every step of the way.  The quality in workmanship and your attention to detail is a tribute to your company and all of your subcontractors.  We were fortunate enough  to relocate to Southport and witness the final two months of construction.  The house turned out better than we could have possibly imagined.  We feel very fortunate to have had your company build our home and would highly recommend Southern Shores Development to anyone who is considering building a home in the Southport area.
