Builder, Barry Martin has constructed my home in Harbor Oaks Southport, NC, over the last six months. 

I had previously built three homes, and I can assure anyone that Mr. Martin is the best builder I have encountered.  He was hands on, constantly checking on the progress of my home, and was most accommodating when I sought to make changes as the house was being built. 

Barry has a great eye for detail, my home is beautiful.  Barry's wife, Monique was also very helpful in decisions that had to be made with regard to colors, counters, finishes, etc.

I would not hesitate to recommend Barry to anyone as a first class builder.
